1. Improvement of Quality of Education
(1) Educational Research and Training Center and other groups are making efforts to carry out FD (Faculty Development). Inexperienced teaching staff are trained to understand the education at the faculty and its system. This training is to be extended to the current teaching staff.
(2) to evaluate classes by self-evaluation and students’ evaluation, and
(3) to promote the research of classes in cooperation with the practical classes

2. Improvement of Quality of Research
Quality of research should be raised by an individual. Our faculty systematically promotes (1) the supporting system for the professional research and (2) the exchanging system among chairs and (3) studying system both in other places inside Japan and abroad.
